Recently, we went on a last minute trip to St. Louis with the family for Christmas. Adam’s family used to live in St. Louis so it was fun to explore their old city! We packed in a lot of fun activities in the 2 days that we were there. Here are the pics from our trip and info about where we went/ what we did 🙂
Gateway Arch National Park
We went inside the arch and looked around at the Museum of Western Expansion. Then, we took the elevator ride to the top of the arch. It was a beautiful view of the city!
Capitol Building
Anheuser-Busch Brewery
We did a tour and walked around the whole brewery campus. It was cool to learn about the company and the beer making process. Not to mention the old buildings were beautiful!
My favorite part of the tour by far was the stable! It was amazing to see the Budweiser Clydesdale horses and the dalmation doggie
The City Museum
It’s pretty hard to explain this place! It is a giant warehouse with a bunch of random art, cave systems, slides, and crazy activities. It was quite the adventure and you should go experience it if you ever get the chance 🙂
Airplanes you can climb through
Missouri Botanical Gardens: Garden Glow
Lone Elk Park
World Bird Sanctuary
This beautiful owl reminded me of Hedwig!
So cool to see all the different egg sizes
I’m thankful to have a family who is down to go on a last minute vacation and make the most of the short time we had! If you’re ever curious about going to St. Louis, you should go! It’s such a short drive and there are so many fun things to do!
